Burning In the Rain

‘Burning in the Rain Marcia's second C.D was the result of four trips to Ireland. 'Burning in the Rain' was produced by Stephen Cooney. (Stephen has just produced Sinead O'Connors latest C.D recorded in Ireland) 'Burning in the Rain', features the song' Poison Tree' which is Marcia's adaptation of William Blake's poem. This recording features Mary Black singing vocals with Marcia on the song. The song was recorded in Dublin for the C.D, 'A Woman's Heart -A Decade On.' Burning in The Rain ' includes the song ‘Sorry’ (first recorded with Goanna, 'Spirit Returns')recorded live at the Olympia in Dublin. Some great  artists feature on the album, including Mary Black, Steve Cooney, Laoise Kelly and Pat Crowley,Tim O'Brien, Maria Doyle Kennedy,Kevin Burke,and Bill Shanley and Jeff White.

Butterfly

‘Butterfly was Marcia’s first album of songs.  It is a live recording of her songs and Joe Geia’s, 'Yil Lull ' and Lucinda William's ,'Something about what happens when we talk' , and country woman Patricia Clarke's ,'Vulla Vun nah nah', sung in Koorie/English.

'Butterfly' was recorded at Fortissimo studios in Melbourne  in the heat of summer  2000 with the help of many musicians and artists, including The Ploughboys, Damian Howard, Patricia Clarke, Rose Bygrave, Shane Howard, Tiffany Eckhardt, Dave Steel, Pete Denahy, Sandy Brady, Archie Cuthbertson ,Tony Lovett and Kavisha Mazzella.

A Womans Heart

A Woman's Heart - A decade on Dara

A Woman's Heart Marcia composed and recorded this song Poison Tree in Ireland with Mary Black. It is based on the William Blake poem of the same name. 'Poison Tree' is included on the album A Woman's Heart: A Decade On which has been released world wide. Other artists on the album include Mary and Frances Black, Sinead O'Connor, The Corrs, Eva Cassidy and Dolly Parton.
